Spa Policies and COVID Protocol
Guest punctuality is greatly appreciated. If this is your first time joining us, or you are in for multiple services, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment start time.
We will have paperwork to fill out before services begin. If timing allows, we also have a dressing room where guests can change into a cozy robe, slippers, and lock up your personal belongings before going into treatments. Also in our dressing room you can enjoy a warm glass of coffee or tea, fresh fruit, and biscotti.
Late arrivals will be accepted; however, your treatment time will be shortened and no price adjustments will be made.
Our spa and salon service prices do not include gratuity.
If you would like to leave gratuity for your services, our providers, that can be left in cash or checks only, and cannot be added on credit cards.
Waterside Day Spa is pleased to pamper your entire family. Guests ages 4-12 are welcome to enjoy nail care and salon services, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13-17 may enjoy massage and facial services as long as a parent remains on site for the duration of treatments.
Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy the salt therapy suite and admission for ages 12 and under is free with an adult.
Special Events and Group Policies
Weddings, parties and large groups are welcomed! Our team is delighted to make arrangements for your spa experience. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and are delighted to help plan your special occasion. Many guests request catered lunches and champagne and we are happy to facilitate these add-ons. We see that every last detail of your event is planned to perfection.
We do honor a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your scheduled treatment time, please contact the front desk to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Our cancellation policy is in place to honor our service providers time. Cancelling with 24 hours notice allows us to re-book the schedule with other appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service total. This includes no-shows. Cancellations made within the 24 hour policy, but with more than 4 hours notice, will only be charged 50% of the service total.
When you are in for treatments with us at Waterside Day Spa and Salon, we are thrilled to take the time for YOU!
Please let us know what we can do to make sure you are most comfortable when joining us for treatments. This inlcudes everything from the temperate in the rooms, music selection, volume, lighting, massage pressure, and ingredients in products. We will do our best to always accommodate your requests.
If you have any injuries, medical details or concerns that relate to your treatments, or any areas that you would like for your providers to address, please let us know. You can let your provider know of preferences as you think of them. Please speak up before or during any treatment if there is something we can adjust to best meet your comfort and individual needs.

Covid-19 safety and sanitation. At this point in time, masks are not required by guests or staff, however if you would like your service providers to wear a mask during treatments, we are happy to meet you on your level of comfort.
In addition to using hospital grade disinfectants, we have also installed HEPA grade air filtration that constantly circulates new fresh air, and whenever weather allows, we open our doors to welcome the beautiful fresh Colorado air into our space.
