Booking Notifications
Upon booking you'll receive a confirmation by email and text with your appointment time and service details. For new guests, we send a one-time text with helpful planning and arrival tips.

A quick link with intake forms will also be sent electronically. Please complete prior to arrival so your services can start on time.
Appoinment Confirmations
To ensure your visit is seamless, we ask guests to confirm 24-48 hours in advance. You can easily confirm by email or text, whichever is easiest.
Same Day Reminders
Our system sends a same day reminder by text ~3 hours before your appointment.
The time on your confirmation is the time your service will start. Plan to arrive 10-20 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Arriving 10 minutes early allows time to check in, grab a refreshment, complete any missed forms, and use the restroom.
Arriving 15-20 minutes early allows a little extra time to leisurely change into robes, slippers, and lock up belongings in our dressing room. We always recommend more time when receiving multiple services or enjoying spa packages.

Waterside Day Spa is located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. Our red brick building is on Yampa Street, facing the Yampa River, about halfway between 11th and 12th street.
All parking in downtown Steamboat is free and typically very easy to find. Most guests enjoy parking on Yampa Street in front of our building. Yampa Street is 3-hour parking, whereas 11th Street and 12th Street are 12-hour parking.
Downtown hosts lots of events in front of and within walking distance of Waterside. The Steamboat Farmer's Market is on Saturday's during the summer along with holiday parades, beer and music festivals, car shows, marathons, Winter Carnival and so much more. Extra time for parking during these busy events is recommended.

From the moment you walk through our doors, we want you to feel relaxed and cared for. Our spa coordinators will immediately welcome you and offer refreshment before getting you settled for services.
