Appointments

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in for your service. With consideration for other guests, kindly refrain from the use of cell phones in our quiet areas. Inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries or medical conditions, as some treatments may be contraindicated.

Special Events

Weddings, parties and large groups are welcomed! Allow our Spa Concierge to make arrangements for your entire experience. We are delighted to coordinate catered lunches and champagne and see that attention goes into every last detail of your special event. We love customizing Spa Packages & making recommendations for a surprise gifting to the guest of honor.

Gratuity

Spa and salon services do not include therapist gratuity. Customary is 20%, in appreciation for services. Our service providers are here to pamper you. Feedback is always welcomed!

Cancellation Policy

We do honor a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your scheduled treatment time, please contact the front desk to reschedule the day before your appointments. This allows us to fill provider’s times with anyone on a wait list for appointments. Credit cards or gift cards may be used to secure appointment. In order to honor our therapists time, if a no show or cancellation occurs within that 24 hour period, you will be charged the full amount of the services you are reserved for.
